By accessing or using Eshiah ("the Service"), including via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eshiah is a business management platform that provides point of sale, inventory management, finance tracking, order management, and staff management tools. The Service is accessible via web, desktop, Android, and messaging platforms including WhatsApp.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content through the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates WhatsApp's terms of service or acceptable use policies.

5. WhatsApp Integration

When using Eshiah via WhatsApp:

  • You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policy.
  • We are not responsible for WhatsApp's platform availability, changes, or policies.
  • Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • Opt-in is required before we send you any messages. You may opt out at any time by messaging "STOP".

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by Eshiah Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eshiah Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
